Everest Cold Storage is an emerging public refrigerated warehouse (“PRW”) business. Everest is focused on providing third party logistics services offering accurate, timely and cost-effective solutions to its customers.
In 2009, Everest Cold Storage designed and built a 4,500,000 cubic foot cold storage facility with 14,900 pallet positions in Montreal, Quebec. The building has temperature ranges from -20º Fahrenheit to +43º Fahrenheit with a refrigerated dock.
Everest is currently exploring opportunities within the North American market through acquistion and green field development.
Everest Kool Solutions, our European subsidiary, has entered a joint venture in Poti, Republic of Georgia to construct and operate a temperature-controlled facility which opened July 15, 2011. Everest Kool Solutionz opened a facility in August 2013 in Hastings, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand with 11,000 pallet positions. Everest Kool Solutions has entered a joint ventures in India to build six temperature-controlled facilities with construction to start in 2014.
All facilities will utilize Priya® Warehouse Management System with RF equipment.
